Photographer Captures Magical Sight of Brilliant Blue Butterflies Clustered on a Tree

Dogs

One day, photographer Kelvin Hudson came across an unreal sight that looks like it came straight out of a fairytale.
While on a walk in a forest, Kelvin noticed a tree partially covered with a cluster of stunning blue morpho butterflies. Most of the cloaked the trunk of the tree and other smaller groups on the surrounding branches. So naturally, he decided to capture the image, and the result is an awe-inspiring capture.

With photos like this, it’s a lot about the right time, right place. Especially considering that adult blue morpho butterflies tend to spend a lot of their time on the forest floor or in the lower shrubs and trees.Usually, when perching on the trees they fold their wings to conceal their vibrant colorings, this means their brown underwings will provide them safety from predators such as birds and other insects.

So Kelvin likely caught them in a rare moment where they were enjoying the warmth of the sun.
